By accessing and using eNepzo ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

eNepzo is an e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers in Nepal. We provide:

• Online marketplace for various products and services
• Secure payment processing through trusted payment gateways
• Seller verification and management system
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Digital wallet integration (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, etc.)

Account Creation:

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Seller Requirements:

• Valid business registration documents
• PAN certificate and tax compliance
• Verified bank account or digital wallet
• Citizenship verification

As a seller on eNepzo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Honor all sales and provide products as described
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Ship products within the specified timeframe
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits
• Pay applicable fees and commissions

As a buyer on eNepzo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Pay for purchases in a timely manner
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Follow the return and refund policies
• Not engage in fraudulent activities

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors
• Supported payment methods include digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay) and bank transfers
• eNepzo collects payments on behalf of sellers
• Seller payouts are processed weekly/monthly after deducting applicable fees

Fees and Commissions:

• Platform commission: 3-5% of sale value (varies by category)
• Payment processing fees as applicable
• No listing fees for basic sellers

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling counterfeit, illegal, or harmful products
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or harassment of other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

All content on eNepzo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of eNepzo or its content suppliers and is protected by Nepal and international copyright laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• Your data is stored securely and not shared with unauthorized parties
• You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data

Internal Resolution:

• We encourage direct communication between buyers and sellers
• Our customer support team is available to mediate disputes
• We provide a structured dispute resolution process

Legal Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

eNepzo acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of products listed
• Truth or accuracy of product listings
• Ability of sellers to complete transactions
• Ability of buyers to pay for transactions

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

Effect of Termination:

• Access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• Pending transactions will be completed according to existing agreements
• Outstanding payments will be processed according to our payment schedule

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
